Alongside strengthening the Museum’s position and developing it as a modern and accessible cultural institution, she places great emphasis on fostering positive workplace relationships. Under her leadership, the Museum received the Special Award in the 43rd Sybilla Museum Event of the Year Competition (2022) in recognition of its outstanding achievements and the promotion of exemplary museum practices. In 2024, as part of the nationwide historical campaign BohaterON – Turn History On!, the Museum received a distinction for promoting the history of the twentieth century, creating meaningful public engagement, charitable activities, its outstanding contribution to educating future generations, fostering an informed and active society, and promoting the values of contemporary patriotism.
