Friends and supporters of the Remembrance Museum of Land of Oświęcim Residents received a special calendar before Christmas in which photos of heroes and heroines are shown. These men and women are commended for the aid they rendered to KL Auschwitz prisoners in WWII.
This is the Remembrance Museum’s third publication of its kind. The previous editions presented photos of locals and their daily life, involvement in special events and their work. This year, we have decided to present 13 of the most outstanding heroes of the Oświęcim region.
