Familiar Places, Untold Stories – Local Heritage and Identity in Educational Projects” is the title of the fifth edition of the Memory Heritage Academy. The project is aimed at school principals, teachers working with students in the second and third stages of education, and other educators interested in incorporating local heritage into their teaching.

The Academy is organized by the Oświęcim branch of the Małopolska Teacher Development Center, the Remembrance Museum of the Land of Oświęcim, and the St. Maximilian Center in Harmęże.

This year’s edition will provide an opportunity to discover some of the unique places of Małopolska, explore their history and heritage, and, most importantly, learn how their potential can be used in educational work. The program consists of eight sessions held from October 2026 through May 2027.
